Login issues

Check that you are using the same email and sign-in method you used when creating the account.

Password reset

Use the password reset option in the app, then open the newest reset email on the same device.

Email not arriving

Check spam, junk, promotions, and any email filters. If it still does not arrive, contact support.

Purchases

Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases inside the app while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Delete account

You can delete your account inside the app from Profile or Settings. Instructions are also available on the deletion page.

What to include

  • The email address on your Overthought account, if you have one.
  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • A short description of what happened.
  • For purchase issues, whether you already tried Restore Purchases.
